چکیده

It is known that the conductors of a circuit system should be regarded as transmission lines for theoretical analysis and practical design in the recent high-speed integrated circuit technology [1]. At relatively higher signal-speeds, transmission line models based on quasi-transverse electro-magnetic mode (TEM) assumptions are severely useful for circuit simulation [2]. The TEM approximation represents the ideal case. Often, from the system design point of view the solution to Maxwell’s equations may be given by the so-called quasi-TEM modes, and it can be characterized by distributed parameters R, L, C, and G [3]. The simulation task is to compute the transient response of a circuit system consisting of nonlinear devices interconnected by transmission lines. In the short

Analytical Delay Model for Distributed On-Chip RLCG Global Interconnects for Different Pole Conditions

Fast delay estimation methods, as compared to simulation techniques, are needed for incremental performance-driven layout synthesis. On-chip inductive and conductive effects are becoming predominant in deep submicron (DSM) interconnects due to increasing clock speeds; circuit complexity and interconnect lengths. Inductance causes noise in the signal waveforms, which can adversely affect the per...

Systematic Deembeding of the Transmission Line Parameters on High-density Substrates with Probe-tip Calibrations

Three procedures allowing the systematic determination of the propagation characteristic of lines and deembedding the influence of feeding discontinuities are presented. All of them are based on the known measurement technique of two lines with different lengths on the measured substrate after earlier calibration with standard substrate. The first one doesn’t involve the knowledge of the refere...

Mathematical Model of Novel COVID-19 and Its Transmission Dynamics

In this paper, we formulated a dynamical model of COVID-19 to describe the transmission dynamics of the disease. The well possedness of the formulated model equations was proved. Both local and global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium point of the model equation was established using basic reproduction number. The results show that, if the basic reproduction numb...

Mathematical Model for Transmission Dynamics of Hepatitus C Virus with Optimal Control Strategies

An epidemic model with optimal control strategies was investigated for Hepatitus C Viral disease that can be transmitted through infected individuals. In this study, we used a deterministic compartmental model for assessing the effect of different optimal control strategies for controlling the spread of Hepatitus C disease in the community. Stability theory of differential equations is us...
